MANAGING STUDENT APPEALS AND STUDENT COUNSELING

Student appeals are managed according to the nature of the issue, which may concern:

1. students and the student community
2. instructors

The College has designated two persons to deal with appeals and incoming complaints that can be resolved on a case-by-case basis through briefing or counselling. In the case of more complex appeals, the designated persons will provide guidance to students concerning which College Committee they must contact to resolve their situation.

The College has designated a student advisor with whom students can share their academic and examination-related concerns in person or by email.
